Join the team! Video Editor needed 🖥️🏄‍♂️

Hi everyone, I’m Stevie, and I’m ready to add someone to our fun team who can create entertaining, funny, and educational surf videos for social media - Youtube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok.

Types of videos you will edit:

• Skits
• Vlogs
• Surf edits
• How-to’s
• Product videos
• Short form (reels, shorts, TikToks)
• And long form 

Let’s see how many views we can get! Work should be fun ;)

Look at our most recent videos on Youtube and Instagram… this is what I want more of! Highly entertaining content DAILY.

Can we be the MrBeast of the surf world?

College/education/past jobs really don’t matter to me… 

Really only one thing matters: Can you edit videos like these? Quickly/efficiently?

In addition, can you operate a camera? Drone? (Not required, and these can be learned quickly)

Must use Premiere Pro and Adobe Creative Suite.

You should be:

• Reliable and trustworthy
• Responsible
• Detail oriented
• Preferably a surfer 🏄‍♂️
• Preferably a San Diego resident, although I will consider remote workers (editing will be done remotely, but it would be nice to have someone local who can also help with filming)
• Passionate about content creation… let’s see how many views we can get! I would love if you can contribute ideas for videos, in addition to just editing them.
• Fun (see a trend here?)

Position can be 20-40 hours per week, depending on what you want. I’m flexible.

Pay will start at $20-30/hour, depending on your skill/speed. If you edit twice as fast as somebody else, you should be paid twice as much, right?

Editing will be done remotely, but if you are local we will meet up for filming sessions, etc.
